Important: this policy is about the Website only
This policy does not describe how I handle health information once you become a client. That is covered by my [Notice of Privacy Practices – link or "provided at intake"] and by the confidentiality agreement you receive when we begin working together.
Please do not send confidential, clinical or emergency information through the Website, a contact form or regular email. Email and web forms are not a secure way to share health details. Information you give me. If you fill out a contact form, email me, or ask about services, I receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number and your message. I keep inquiry messages and email correspondence only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records, then delete them. Client records are kept separately according to Vermont law and professional licensing requirements.

I use reasonable safeguards, including password-protected accounts and reputable service providers. No website or internet transmission is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may ask me to see, correct or delete the personal information I have collected through the Website, or to remove you from my email list. Every email I send includes an unsubscribe option.
